Ca la Bahía is a stylishly renovated holiday home with sea views in El Portet, Moraira. With a roof terrace and garden at the front and rear of the house, there is sun from early morning to evening.
The house comfortably accommodates 5 people, with 3 nice bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and an extra toilet. The sleeping quarters are located on the ground floor, which keeps them extra cool in the warm summer months. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen, with an adjacent dining area.
The attractive living room leads to the sunny terrace. The terrace overlooks the sea and has sun from the early morning. Wonderful to start the day with breakfast here! The awning ensures that the terrace is a nice place to sit, even on very hot days. End the evenings with a barbecue on the terrace.
The house is completely private, as are the two gardens and the roof terrace. There is a shared garden around the house with fruit trees, shrubs and the swimming pool.
The large communal swimming pool (with paddling pool) is shared with only 14 houses that are very rarely occupied. Due to the location of the house, you have a lot of privacy and at the same time you are directly at the pool from the garden. From the sunbeds in the backyard you have a perfect view of the swimming pool.
